i found this DB in 4fcom.net 2day i tested it and it's all working fine it's have new skills and have celebrityhell [i don't know it's work or not but thie PK map is work coz it give u this GM message when u enter it] and there's new map have new monsters hit u with thunder

Usually chinese DB have client patch just paste in your client..

correct, and its like the other servers already out, just the celeb map, if it had working celeb hall it would have an icon up in the top left with the other ones(like if u have gods blessing, mount speed, etc)
