Hello,
My Foreign Silkroad Section Application:
ICQ: I'm never active on it, I'm sorry.
E-Mail/MSN/QQ: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Age:
12, I know that I'm still pretty young but a lot of people I have met online thought that I was 16 or older and people often say I am very mature for someone who is only 12.
Why do you want to be moderator?
I want to be a moderator because I really love helping other people and because this section really needs a more active moderator.
The last few weeks, a lot of people started making new threads with their problems instead of posting it in one, Discussions/Help thread like in the Private Silkroad Section.
I would like to see that change. Just creating that kind of thread wont help because new threads would still be created and no moderators are active so they just stay open and it becomes chaos again.
How much experience do you have with the issue from the forum you apply for a moderator job?
I have a lot of experience with silkroad, I played all servers except vSRO and tSRO.
Do you have enough time to visit the board averaged two days and to take an interest in the forum?
Yes, I can be on the board 5 times/day for a period of atleast 15 minutes.
I am 12 and I go to school but 90% of my spare time is computer time...
Did you take part there before you sent your application?
Yes, I did. I often post there to help people or to answer questions.
I have to admit that I also ask questions sometimes but no-one is perfect and no-one knows everything.
Do you have a lot of patience with questions which you think theirselves that they are very stupid?
Yes, of course. If there is a stupid question, I'll try to answer it in a polite way by posting a guide for example, if he/she still asks 'stupid' questions afterwards, I would have no problem with handling them.
If the question could just be answered by searching, I would give him/her a link to the thread that answers the question and help by saying that he/she should use the search function/google next time.
And most important, I wont flame because someone asks something 'stupid' because it doesn't help anyone by doing it.
Can you act good in general with other human beings?
Yes:
-I would never flame, it only makes things worse.
-I always try to be nice, friendly and not rude.
-I don't get angry if someone does/says something that (I think) is wrong or stupid, everyone has the right on his/her own opinion.
Have you ever operated as an moderator before?
Sadly, I haven't, but I help people and report them when there is a serious problem or when a rule is broken.
Thank you for reading my application, I hope that you will reply.
