awkie...I am here to help you...Are you using some hacks?...if yes you need to uninstall your Special Force to make it work again because maybe you edited the .sff files because some of the hacks are already patched!

cleaning your prefetch may solve the problem, if still not try to download culmunative patch then patch it again.
