FIRE-TAOIST LEVELING GUIDE

FIRE-TAOIST LEVELING GUIDE

Please, I ask of you not to copy my guide because you didn't do any of the working and figuring all this out.

Enjoy, and good luck on your fire-tao!

Fire-taoists are alot different than water taoists. Different stats, spells and attacks. Personally, I prefer being a fire-taoist because of tornado, a very strong attack that can be performed from 1 1/2 screens away [when fixed]. This makes the fire taoist a great class and easily lets them own others with their magic.

You decided on making a fire taoist. Serious players only! This takes alot of time and determination. Leveling Thunder and Fire is BORING! You'd be wasting your time giving up at level 70 or 80 etc.

Creating your Character
Go to the CO website and create your character. Decide on an account name [that will be different than your in-game name]. Go through all the fields and make the character.

Log in with your account details [on any server that exists for longer than a year]. Choose "Taoist" as your class and type in your character name. (Think of your name until you're satisfied 100%). You CANNOT change your character name after you create a character.

-----------------------------------
Go to Ape Mountain and jump to the elfape bridge. Join a team or wait for one if no one is available. Stay in the team until level 24. Then go to Slowapes and join a team over there. Stay until level 35 or so.

Make a visit to TC's jobcenter and get promoted + learn some skills.

You should be level 35 now. Go to the snake spawn at the same map of elfape and slowape spawns. Join a team over there until level 45.

Make another visit to TC's JobCenter and ask the NPC for your job to make you a FIRE TAOIST! Click the NPC once and then click Fire Taoist! Be careful because it asks you what you want to be right when you click the NPC. So I warned you if you click WATER taoist by mistake.

Good for you, level 45! Don't get too excited. Here comes the hard part...

Use your Lightning skill and kill monsters your level [by clicking the ? at the bottom left of your screen].

Level your lightning until level 2 in your monster level. Make sure you take some pots with ya!

Go to Phoenix Castle's TombBat Cave and hit the TombBats over there with lightning. If you get bored of lightning you can also level your healing skills and any others you would like to level.

Get your Lightning to level 4!

Go to JobCenter and learn all your skills and XP skills. Now go to Bird Island and look for a team with a player that kills HawKings really fast (Look for an archer level 120-130).

Stay until like level 55 and then start leveling your fire skill at TombBat Cave. I KNOW it's hours of zapping TombBats but it will pay off when you are strong with range-attacks.

Now go on your second hunt! (Should've hunted before from when you started leveling your thunder skill)

Take ALL the gold AND items and drop the ones that don't ask you "Are you sure?" (By the way, Dances don't ask you "Are you sure?")

Join a team at AlienApes and if you don't know where that is then go to bird island and join a team there.

Get to level 70 and if you want try SeniorSnakeMan in the same map as AlienApes.

Get your Fire skill to level 3 and fix it. (Why all the work if I'm only gonna use nado? BECAUSE you must have Level 3 fixed Fire to learn NADO! Duh!!)

Level 79 (I think) is when you learn nado. So learn it and work on it as much as you can. (Tip: If you're hunting, use fire circle to kill monsters faster)

Now go to basilisks or AlienSerpents and stay in a team until level 120. But don't forget to go hunt once in a while because to be strong you need items, too!

GOOD LUCK!

Uhh go to TC where you enter TG. There's a guild controller there. Go in and go into GuildConductress3. From there just go to the right of the bridge and violla....you're there. You will be at AS, bas is abit south from there.

1:GW winner determines where the guild controllers are placed
2:if they are smart at least one of them will be in advance zone
3:there is a very long path that i do not know of that u can get into advance zone

If not AlienSerpents or Bas, HawKings are always an option until you're level 73 or so. But ask around market/tc how to get to alienserpents or basilisks. Good luck! Thanx for tryin my guide!

long way to AlienApes:
DC -> conductress -> mystic castle -> jump to left edge of map and down a bit to a portal ->top right of it is guy -> talk to him -> go always top left corner (round 4 maps) -> end up on a map with a city on it (Stone City, so use scroll to get here if you have one) -> go top left again -> and again -> you end up on a map NOT lookin like a desert -> go buttom left corner -> et voilá: adv map (buttom left area are AlienApes.
Be warned: It´s a walk of 5-10 minutes without speedhack/fly or divine hare

you forgot to mention with all that joining teams, spend time hunting to get half decent equipment so you can fight the monsters in adventure zone. Oh ya, get off your ass and level yourself. Don't expect others to level you.

I couldn't possiblely agree with you more, this guide is seemingly quite useless.. believe me when I say that this guide is not good.

the stuff in this guide comes with each package of comon sence and anyone above level 70 with any class can figure this out by themselves. [img]text2schild.php?smilienummer=1&text=I mean... duh' border='0' alt='I mean... duh' />

Hah, figure that out? Most noobs don't know what the hell Alien Serpents and ElfApes and Basilisks are. Besides, I write guides to help and I don't see how this could be doing anything bad.

Same with you, Domanique, I'm helping noobs get started as some are very lazy and need some sort of guide to follow by. This topic isn't for you and so is this guide. So GTFO of this topic and stop spamming it unless you have a question about the guide and your freaken post isn't going to be about how this guide seems way too easy for you to understand because you have knowledge about the game..

-----------------------------------------------------
After 120 go to Lab 3 or 4 whichever you get better exp and die slower.

Yes, please remember to hunt every few levels so you can find items that you can use on yourself or sell to buy others for yourself. That is very important because as soon as its time to go tank in AlienApes, if your equipment cant defend you good enough then I guess you need to find teams until you can defend yourself.

You shouldn't post a guide if you don't know what you are doing or if you haven't leveled a fire taoist to at least 120.

I'll post a better guide than this in a little while ok?
