Need C# Compiler

hi , i have a computer with Windows Xp Service Pack2

i tryied to install microsoft Visual C# 2010, but i doesn't work with sp2

any one have a good C# compiler for sp2?

or just get visual C# express 2007 somewhere

visual C# 2008 also works with windows XP SP2

Visual studio is not a compiler, it's an IDE. However, it is shipped with a compiler.
