can give some more description about this release .?

Its the files for the effects shown in the screenshot. But it doesnt include the config files so its useless.

i had this feature in RevolutionEO at 2009 when it was launched and this server of yours is kinda new to me coz i havent seen it before so... and people here who played my server when ir started would confirm that i had this feature first of all the servers out there...same with the pet crowns, i found it and i changed it in my server that was unique feature that i had.

oh and also its not bugged... if you'd know how to put it right then it would be just perfect...
