ok first question use LineAge Utils and it will be able to sniff everything but not edit need wpe for that

second question WPE Pro is also WPE but for window xp and Wpe is a program that sniffs and edits how program connect to the internet unfortanetly this idea will not work with lineage 2 as it has a converison software which randomizes the info it sends and when L2.exe in system folder gets data it it unconverts it so you need to crack l2.exe or program it uses for unconverting so you can get info on convertions
