would be 3-4 min with autoit, but i can't help you because i don't have chapter III so i can't go online
search for a pixel the materials have, after that check where your inventory is positioned.
next is to search the position of the guild window, where you can spend the materials
now you can say to the pot if he should start every 10/20/30/40/50 min checking your inventory for the
materials and draging them to the guild window.
Or you can even ask if the bot finds the color of the material and checks after that how much of them you have, but then the bot has to run every 3-4 min, that wouldn't be very usefull. I think your using a gather bot, too, so i would prefer the first version.
