Poison Blade description editing?

Would it be possible to edit the description of the poison blade with itemtype.dat so it's easily recognized?

the down side is I don't know how to look for the poison blade in the itemtype.dat.

this is just an example

I don't think you can find poison blade in the itemtype.dat
I think the poison effect is assigned server side to the id of the blade
