Cha Points

I read and read all over again, almost all the thread about this topic, and i cannot get any cha point, i do not why, or maybe is not the way to get them...
1.- killing other pjs in dangerous zones
2.- killing pjs at chaotic frontier

no one of these 2 works... so plz help.

1.- how do i get CHA points?
2.- what is the use of these points?,
couse i read that its for getting 3th chaotic armor, or to spin on the wheel of fortune xD

plz solve this cuestions =)

We will get cha in battle ground which will release at the end of this year and by killing mobs we get CHA forexampl:
+1 lv high mob we get 6CHA,
same lvl mon mob we get 4CHA,
-1 lv low mob we 2CHA,
killing high lvl char +20 lv we get 20CHA
killing high lvl char +1 lv we get 10CHA
killing same lvl char we get 3or7CHA(don't remember exactly)
killing lvl char -10 or-20 lv we get 0CHA.
Only different race mobs and character can be kill.
Lvling is possible only if you farm on other racial land.
Revive or resurrection don't work.
100CHA = 1spin on CP(Chantra Points)Machine.
Items on CP machine are: reinforce pot, 100%healing pot, 50%,40%,30%recovery pot, +500mana pot, roundtrip pass, 8 different look lv1 pets, ring/neck pieces(depends on lvl), lv 60 battle ground armor that does not mean that we cannot wear other realm during Race War.

is someone in archeron or gaiahon there ?

this comes out at dragon scion or what?
