Remove PrisonOfficer NPC

Files removed. No longer is needed. Botjail is free to leave and NPC was moved to market.

possibly could you show how u did it so we could edit out other npcs we dont want?

if u accidently click on it it sends u to botjail directly?.. no dialogs or somethin?

there is only 1 step dialog. the dialon dun even ask like "r u sure u wannaa go to bot jail?".. even easier than normal jail.

can u realy get banned for being under an npc, i have been under several of them, because my comp will lag up to a few 1000 ping and anything like charcs or npc of screen will dissapear for a few seconds and if i jump to the spot where they normal when lag goes away i am under them, lol should i stop doing that its funny cause people always ask how i get under

IDK, but i'm sure people would not like the fact if they can't get into warehouseman or something because your under him. So im sure everyone and there friends would report you. Just my opinion. I sure would get upset. Anyways, this is no longer needed since it was moved to market, and is now free to exit.
