Well so a lot of us have been banned. Doubt SOE will give Permanent ban as they will lose a lot of money. i think that they are going to ban most people for 1 week whilst this double Cep and Sep week is on to punish us.

HAs anyone phoned the Customer Service Help Line? if so what was result

I think I am perma-banned but it would be sweet if it was only 1 week or so.

I was banned 2years ago, damn SpeederXP, but very funny ;P

one or two weeks later and some emails, soe told me I get a last chance, but they are watching me.

Looks like i was right. ive been unbanned as have a few other players aka Korndemon, Cinamoto, herbrew, fiyah all unbanned.

I got the the email saying my ban was changed to a 6 day suspension which supposedly concluded on August 1st. It is August 2 Midday, and I still cannt login.....

Suspension my ass. -_-

unbeliveable that SOE cant handle a simple value lock, just because we deliver the template ;)
