Problems with making hackers

First... Is still the same hacker of 2009?
Cuz i read the how to unpack the dekaron.exe and i saw that is from 2009...
Can someone tell me all the ways (with links) how to do vac, wall, and non aggro?
If someone do it i'll be very happy cuz i'm very confuse :(

some of the hack are outdated, and you'll need a bypass if your planning to hack a commercial serv, but all these hacks still works 100% on pServ's
