Increasing AP as members play?

Hi, I just got my server up and still working out some bugs. The issue I cannot seem to fix is members are getting AP/Points as they are playing. I believe they get 1 point ever 15-30min or so and I do not know how to stop it. I keep going into the DB and resetting them all back to 0 manually but this will only interfere with members who donate.

How can I get the AP/Points to stop increasing during game play?

To hunt for bugs use SQL Profiler. This tool is in SQL Server.
