This is My Specs

My Problem is It Lag's When i Play
Special Force And Slow Loading

Please Help Me With My Problem.

* the lag problem solution, use gamebooster it boost your PC into gaming mode compatible to any OS.

* Slow loading problem, hmm your graphics is normal but i think you need to change your video card

Your RAM is too low, try to upgrade it to 2GB or higher.
