Help for new item effect,Mesh&texture Files

hello guys
i made new weapons lvl 135. & i have my effect,Mesh&texture Files

the question :
where can i add new effect,Mesh&texture in ini files & how?

Please Any 1 Know. please Tell ME
Tip: I Use 5095 Client

The actual files go in C3>mesh or texture.


Then you need to edit server side. You will also need miniicon or w/e it's called to show it on the ground and in inventory. That will just handle the ACTUAL item (and what it looks like equipped)

There was a guide posted here on adding this stuff before... search 'bladebuster" or something like that and it should be around... unless he deleted his guides (possible)
