Help for new item effect,Mesh&texture Files

i made new weapons lvl 135. & i have my effect,Mesh&texture Files

the question :
where can i add new effect,Mesh&texture in ini files & how?

Please Any 1 Know. please Tell ME
Tip: I Use 5095 Client

um first , you have to add the new ids to the source then you go to the armor.ini weapon.ini & a shit loads more then add em in .
