Problem at the Character choose

Hello elite pvpers,
I dont know if the question was asked before, i use the searched funktion but didnt found anything.
So my problem is, that when i choose my character some times i get kicked out after few secounds/minutes. Sometimes not. so Why the Hell is this happening to me? i found out that there are some more people have this problem. (google) but no real answer so maybe you pro's got some? thanks :)

well, try posting on webzen forum.. :)

maybe you dont have the xcrashtest file in your archlord folder... so you have xcrash
if you have xcrash you need to make a new chercter and go on it later go back to chose charc and go to your main that will help its because your main isnt in a city

or there is a program running in the background that gameguard doesnt like and automaticly shuts down the game , try to look for that program and close it^^

mh know its working but keep kicking when i use infinity bot... does i need a bypass? im noobi in this kind of things :D

does it only work on 64 bit? because my brother has 64 bit and also same problems =(

i know it sounds like an automated response but did you allow Al webzen through your firewall/anti virus. lots of people say ya i already do but most are from Cm Al, try removing the current one and updating. i also found certain areas will make me crash like in the mines and alot of spots in lightning
