A few questions for the pros

does anyone know where the files for the numbers is kept (the numbers u see when u recive and give damage ( i wana change teh colors) becuase i know the letters are kept in the c3\effect folders)( letters that u see in city names).. and howdo we shut off individual effects in 3deffects.ini (im working on a tool that will help remove most of the unwanted effects adn help fps a lot).. thanx in advance

ive also managed to remove all the dust and water and blood effects (easy on the fps)
EDIT:
ive figured out how to remove sound without change all but one file and howto remove just a few sounds at a time

(ill be posting all of these after i figure out and fix everything) any hlep on my above questions will be appreciated

You will need to use unknownone's wdf extractor to get the files in order to edit. Then you will see where there at. In my folder its c3\effects\countb (blue), c3\effects\countp (pink), and c3\effects\countr (red). Do a search on that then you can edit all you want. Although I don't see how the numbers affect fps. Just go to options on Conquer, then uncheck the counter to remove them.

thank you.. as im typing im extracting.. hopefully if this turns out to be wat i think it is... it can be very very helpful ( i wont give away more yet cuz i dont wana claim anything yet :P :D )

EDIT: i was playing with 3deffects.ini and i stumbled upon someone (only good for fire taos with foh) but i can make it so u can find the metdove as logn as u know the damage u do to it ) .. i have also found the effects for ss

To recap:
1. able to find metdove (certain conditions are met)
2. shadow with most of the transparency gone (i cant remove it all but the shadow has a distinct dark color with sharp edges)
3. no sound with 1 file change
( i know not much but im still figuring out some stuff). any suggestions + advice would be appreciated ..

elitehax u think u could chage the dust so the dust circle apears b4 the person lands so all u gotta do is fb the dust circle?

Does anyone know how to change the text or how to change color of weps or anything?

If i know my CO right, check your CO .ini folder after an file named Fonts now, I think.
There you wil find the fontname and font-size, change on these as you wish.

k, ill try this, but how do you change the colors of weapons?
