i cant open NPC.EXE AND MsgServer_Release_2.3721...it not work...plzz help me...account server work

and register account

Double check your shell.dat and make sure you edited it with a hex editor or shell.dat maker/editor. Please provide more details for a better diagnosis.

Are you making this server on your Pc or are you making it on a VPS? let me know if you want help?

May be a problem with your anti-virus or firewall? Try shutting them off.

if the file is .dat it needs to be hexed might wanna double check that? provide more infoo

1more how to create account and how to be PM

Just go to cq_user in Navicat, in the id column make it whatever u want(any number), name (ur account name) and password u should get from some sort of register.php in your server files. Then make the actual character the normal way, then log out right after. Go back to navicat and put [PM] beside the characters name in the cq_user table.

I see by your post history that you have taken a look at the sticky: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]. If you read through the thread (Yes there is a lot to read, but making a successful server isn't easy) you will find the answers to your questions.

erm..i found cq_user....then got name in here...but i dont see id and pass...how to create it?
