how do i make a .dds shinny?

shinny like the roman lorica and others like that?

is there anything specific i gotta do in photoshop ?

Last time I was able to check the dds files were the same before and after the "shinny" was introduced. It's got to be some outside setting not the dds file itself.

theres gotta be a way to do it cause i think ive seen it on edits on pservers
