Runtime Error!

Hi guys,
well when beta started i had a problem with Cabal, I reinstalled now 3 times, patched now 3 times, Hidden sent me his Cabalmain.exe , i tried, still the same error

Runtime Error!

Program C:\Programme\Cabal_ENG\CabalMain.ex e

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unsual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information...

Someone can help me out? X_X. I tried now everything, downloaded 2 times, installed 3 times, patched 3 times etc. etc. X_X

Hmm i never heard of a problem like that
could u tell us what OS u have and hardware and so on(only more info)

lol, with closed beta anything worked, it started with open beta ;).

Windows XP
1,8 GHZ Amd Athlon 2500+
Nvidia GForce FX5600 (256 MB)
80 GB Space
1200 MB-Ram (DDR)

do u have a onboard soundcard? i searched at the cabalonline forum there was one who had the same problem like u and it was cause of the driver from the soundcard. It sounds crapy but it was like that :D

Reinstalled, sound and graphic driver, than DirctX 9.0c...anything dont work, still the same error :(

Okay, now it works, maybe a little more work but okay

1) Close any prozess you have open, with task manager
2) open cabal, game will close without error message
3) start cabal again and you can login Oo
