[Help] NPCs & Drop Rates

I cant find any threads about this.. or the ones ive read just dont make sense to me..
How do i make an NPC in BirthVillage that will give starter items to new players.

And how do i make it so monsters drop cps directly into a players invent.

u forgot for what source u want it, LOTF- Lands Of The Forgotten

RTFM = Read the fucking manual
LOTF = Land's of the forgotten!

LOTF is not a source.
Is an old server wich used the source first.
the source it self is COServerProject :)

But pretty much earned the name LOTF since it was the source Lands of the Forgotten was used on.
