[Help] Mesh IDs

Hi everyone, I need someone to tell me what the mesh IDs are for

120 Trojan Armor
120 Warrior Armor
120 Archer Armor
120 Taoist Armor
120 Warrior Armor

In armor.ini it says the 120 trojan armor is 3132000. As you can see below

[3130100]
Part=1
mesh0=3132000
texture0=3132300
MixTex0=0
MixOpt0=0
Asb0=5
Asb0=6
Material0=default

But when I search 3132000 in the mesh folder it's not there.

EDIT: ALSO, WHAT IS THE ID FOR A NINJA VEST IN ItemAdd.ini???

Meshes control the 3d shape of the object in game.

The reason there is no folder there is that TQ packs all the dds and c3 files into wdf files they are along the same idea as a zipped/rared folder except you can't extract the files (generally). There is a tool to extract wdf files posted on the forum but it was from a LONG time ago so it may not work with newer patch clients (although the sdf files are like 300 mb so it seems unlikely tq would change them often/ever).

c3 files cannot currently be edited unless you have a very specific plugin which last I checked is not released anywhere (a few people have it but they aren't sharing). There IS a plugin to export to c3 though that I remember seeing posted meaning if you are good with 3d modeling you can make your own mesh, export it and then create fully custom items.... but most people are not nearly that good.

Basically... leave meshes alone and stick to dds file edits. The only use of editing the armor.ini USED to be that you could have a client side edit making 120 trojan armors show as some other one such as level 15 or w/e...

It's purely cosmetic changes.

Korvacs released one not too long ago, so I'm pretty sure that might work with the newer clients, but the one you're referring to (sparkie's) is pretty much obsolete.

Thanks guys but, what im doing is kinda my own little thing. I don't want people to know what 'm doing rlly heheh But uhhh...yeah I'm giving the 120 trojan armor a new mesh but in order to do that I need to first locate the existing mesh for he 120 trojan armor so I can replace it. But I cant find it, that's why I asked for em. I'll need the ones for other classes soon enough so if anyone knows what tey are post em.

You will need to extract the entire c3.wdf folder in order to find them all, after that it should be fairly easy to find, just run a search for that ID.

Way simpler way to get this done.
Renaming ftw.
