[Help]Connection error's

Does any 1 knows whats wrong with my site..
it runs perfect on the same PC with the server
but when i relocate the site to another PC away from the server to be each individual it gets me error's if any 1 knows about it and can help me will be appreciated:handsdown::handsdown::handsdown:

The site works perfect on the same PC With the server ...
But The problem is when you move the site to different PC that's when those error's show up :confused:

You have to make a new user inside your mysql on the server. For this user you will need to set its host to the websites ip/hostname.

and how to add that through my navicat or where can you explain for me ..
