Stuck on "Character Selection"

hi guys.i want to play metin2 private server and sometimes the game stucks on login screen with the message "Connecting to the server",sometimes on character selection and sometimes i play but the game laggs too much so it kicks me off after 10-11 minutes.

what happened?
