How can I make my dynamic IP a static IP ?

Talk to your ISP and ask/pay them for it or make a hamachi server.

It depends, you should rather ask you ISP than the community.

Most of the time your ISP will only give you a static IP if your a business customer like myself.

i pay the extra 30$ a month for a static IP and faster speeds

but like mentioned above, talk to your ISP for your questions and pricing

or just use no-ip it will update your dynamic ip each time by itself.

Iam Trying that but i donno what the wrong its wont connect for i've maked an host (TestEo.serverblog.net) 4 examble and but it in the db files replaced by my external ip there but when i start server it wont connect the msg server acc server / and NPC server too they wont connect can u help on that ??

Did you use the tool by no-ip? Because its that one that makes the update auto.

Yup i got the tool and its updating the ip but the proplem that when i put my host there its wont to connect let me show you example here is the shill.ini

I would also like some help with. I have both a DynDNS account and a No-Ip account but I am not sure how to use them. I tried just changing all the ip's of my server and the client oem to the DynDNS they gave me but i realized i cannot make the shell.dat in the server match the ip address i have set up with DynDNS (its to long). Am i doing something wrong?

BTW I have a bell sympatico internet service provider and they won't give me a static IP for any amount of money (morons).
