[Small guide] GM enchantments

Ok so ive seen this question asked alot and nobody has really answered it. Most of the answers are "use GM lapasia" or "edit the ini files it cant be done in the DB". Im here to tell you it can and this is how.

This first section is for weapons only although you can use it on armour and get some insane attack

1)Open SQL server management studio
2)Open Gamedata DB and select the char items table
3)Find the item you want to edit and scroll across to craftname
4)The last two digits in craftname are the ones for enchant so for example my dark seed axes look like this 00000514000600000020.

The 20 at the end means it is enchanted to 20 you can change this number to whatever you want (i havnt tested 99 or anything but 1-20 works fine)

Ok to enchant armour its exactly the same except instead of editing the last two digits in between 1 and 20 you need to edit them inbetween 50 and 70 For example my [20] Ada walkers look like this
02030000000000000070 where as my [6] mufflers look like this 02030000000000000056

As you can see 70 = 20 armour enchant where as 56 = 6 armour enchant

Hope this helps some people

I was referring to non-enchantable weapons, lol. Which does work. Though the accessories is quite amusing.

its funny because you can have crazy absorb or attack... Not that you would need it being a GM and all :P

hi, could you please make a video how to enhantment through DB, i couldnt find any of those numbers :(

you could always do like i did and make the non-enchantable weapons enchantable because most of them are enchantable in the original korean version ;)

Maybe to add in for those who might be curious in adding some uber ep4 stats to those items:
Originally it will look like this

"00000000000000000000"

As mentioned the last 2 digits to the right of the craft name are the enchantment of the weapon. So the rest of the digits are the other stats in example

00>Str 00>Dex 00>Rec 00>Int 00>Wis 00>Luc 00>HP 00>MP 00>SP 00>Enchant

Values are simple and you can set all stats to 99 in which for Str, Dex, Rec, Int, Wis, Luc it will show up as +99

But for the HP, MP, SP setting the value will give you +9999

Have fun :)

*Edit* If you set a value at say in example for STR "09" you are only adding +9 EP4 to the item, "12" would be +12 etc. For the HP, MP, SP "09" would be equal to +900

Correction,

setting HP,MP,SP to 99 will give you 9,900. Don't forget values for these stat's are multiplied by 100.

Ive tested and confirmed that 49 for weapons and 99 for armor are the highest the DB recognizes, making [49] the highest
