swsro 1 or 2?

i had an acc on swsro1 since it was free but i didnt played from a while back then it was sooo laggy so i am thinking of buying an acc on swsro2 so is it a good idea? or just stay on sw1? and is sw2 lagging?how much lag?ps:both servers i will create a new char cuz mine on sw1 was fcked up :p so help me choose plz
