Download one of the many website files on Elite PvPers
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]. Then delete all the files in the htdocs folder of Xampp and replace them with the files you downloaded. Then open to Xampp control panel and run both Apache and MySql. If you did it correctly go to you browser and type localhost(in the address bar), if error comes up you probably didn't config your ini correctly.
