How to decode?

ok all i want to know is how do i decode i have a 5165 serv and i want to decode the itemtype.dat anyclues or solutions?

There was a program called "DatCryptor", but the author removed it.

Google search, as I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post it.

Actully unless tq changed it, it's not an encrypted file. You need to hex edit it. That was a looonngg time ago though so it could have changed..

in the newest client of conquer the itemtype.dat is changed alot.
You can decrypt it with the same as before, but the changes are:
