it works great, even level skills faster! Read below!

1. Download the program and install it.
2. Run the "A Speeder" program. (I don't know if their is a cracked version out)
3. Click the drop down menu next to were it says "Hotkey" and first select "normal speed"
4. Now click the click the second drop down menu and select "NumPad_*" (So this will be your hotkey when you want to bring everything back to normal speed).
5. now pull up the first drop down menu again and select "speed up" and set that to hotkey "NumPad_-" (this will be your hotkey to speed stuff up).
6. now goto the first drop down menu one more time and select "speed down" and set the hotkey to 'NumPad_/" (this will be your hotkey to speed stuff down if you want to only take it down one notch at a time)
7. now make sure you select the "change Windows speed" option.
8. Minimize the program.
Now launch Cabal and press your - key to speed up the game (don't do it to fast or you will dc instantly), * key to take it back to normal speed, and / key to take the speed down one notch at a time (in case you speed it up to fast). This Works Awesome for PVP and skill leveling (and just running around!) .

PLEASE DON'T USE THIS AROUND PEOPLE (EXCEPT IN THE WAR SERVER) OR THEY MAY FRAPS YOU AND TRY AND GET YOU BANNED, IT IS VERY NOTICABLE WHEN YOU ARE USING YOUR SKILLS 20x FASTER THAN EVERYONE ELSE, LOL
Edit2: Please don't show this program to all your friends, just think, if everyone on the whole server gets this, this game will be ruined, and i'm sure we don't want that to happen, let's keep this on the forum community only please!
