Berserk Quest question

Is it true that once u pass a certain lvl ( Example lvl 100) and u still havent taken the blue berserk quest from lvl 95 u will never be able to do it ?

Read it in some forum ... i know it sounds stupid ... but could it be true ?

Well... in my opinion no. The quests are still there... You can go and take them at any level(after lv95).

100% sure no.u can make 95 quest for blue zerk even when u are 110... :)
