New multiclient Hex Edit

seing as the old one is outdated this is one to save search time.

For latest patch

1) Use a hex edit program like hex workshop
2) Go to C:/Program files/Conquer 2.0/ and open Gamedata.dll in your hex edit program
3) Press CTRL+F or Edit>Find or whatever u need to find a text strand
4) Set your search critera to look for text and search for "English"
5) Click the "E" and type "S"
6) Save and make a backup
7) Run Co and you can open more than 1 copy

its hidden in a thread so u have to search for a while for it.. this makes it more economic and stops people spamming looking for the method
