Need to use IG L2Walker

I want to use the IG l2walker but i dunno how =(
where's the commands? dunno. :(

have only the REGISTER CARD that i dunno what to put :(

easy to use....
in game, set ALT + ENTER to play in windows.
then click on home in the keyboard... (near insert, delete, page down)
then you will see a new windows with lot of option :)
