why cant i attack with 10d and 11d weapon?

how come when i spawn /MAKEITEM ITEM_CH_TBLADE_11_A_RARE 7 it wont let me attack so please help me thanks plus when i logout and login all my 10d gear and 11d gear is red so can any1 help me on it too thanks
