as the Title Says...

I want to make a TO P-server in dedicated server...i already made Ran Online P-server and still running until now...this time i want to make TO so is there any Guide on how to make TO P-server?

u have linux ( if no then u cant end off) if u do then u need to crack the evp repacker or it will stop working after 3 times
