Normal Pserver/

I've been looking for a server like this for the last 2 days and cant seem to find one.

I'm looking for a server that is really fast to get to max level and max level is default 137 and max plus is 12 with no donation items or any customs something that is identical to normal CO just made for 137 2nd rb pvping.

does anyone know of a server like this?

I have been D: same with gtop100. All these have custom items that give alot of stupid stuff.

Same, I loved CO 1.0 the most. But all these pservers are ruining it even more. They need to make a Co 1.0 pserver or early co 2.0 server with none of the stupid stuf in it.

Why not be the one to do it?

There's a 1.0 source somewhere around here, try building a server off of that :)
