I was looking into the disconnecting thing for speedhacks and found out there are people who can jump as fast as the want whenever and they dont get disconnected.... i asked them how they made it so they could do this and they said the edited a ini in which it made there client move at a faster speed in which the server was going at???? sounds noob but this is possible trust me i seen it with my own eyes

coproxy by behelit?.. not qoproxy i thought... behelit* didnt release the source did he?.. then how do u fix it =.= :S
07/04/2006 14:46 WaRpEd#8
CO proxy by behelit was only server messages and other crap... he didnt have a speedhack function... certainly not one like Q's.... I think the way Q defeats the disconnecting is by adding a quick sit in there... if u notice ur stamina seems to fill up just speedhacking around great for use with the aimbot ;) The same works for those other speedhacks if you hotkey your sit button to CTRL + z and just add a slight sit between the jumps you should stay connected worked with the 2 speedhacks that came out after the patch...

Or just fix QOPRoxy and ur fine ;)

disconnecting thing for speedhacks
u mean "bad connection" or "invalid jump" Error.

"bad connection" - mostly cause by coding flaws
"invalid jump" - u just speed too fast, u will get this even u not using speedhack

edited a ini
Did u mean action.ini ?
if so, from what i know it dont work anymore.

As for QOPRoxy code, the sit have nothing to do with speedhack.
The actual code is only about 10 lines.

Tip : if u get high ping when speeding, it just mean u wasnt doing it correctly

it doesnt matter what the message is,
its just because you are speedhacking, you move to quick to an other spot.
quicker then the server can handle and poof you disconnect from the server and are back on your old position.
And thats because its memorybased, memorybased speedhacks let you jump faster on your client, not on the server. the server just beleives you until you go to fast. The reason you go faster is because it makes your client think you have cyclone.
the best tip to not dc with a memorybased speedhack is click when you land.
just dont click if you are still in the air.

Uh-oh, I was messing around with COSpeedV4 and got my character stuck in fast mode! Oh wait, lol I just opened up the program twice. Great tips on not disconnecting; it took a while to get the hang of, but now it is much eaiser. Also I do usually get high ping when jumping. What am I doing wrong? Too fast?

The reason you go faster is because it makes your client think you have cyclone, if you do this with a proxy, you send a cyclone packet to the server, the server agrees it and voila you have cyclone but there is no timer activated so you have to deal with it until your next XPBoost. But now you cant go faster then server because the server thinks you have cyclone. You can do the same with devine hare but you cant get out lol, well you cant with coproxy.
Nah, the way QOproxy (and probably Cproxy) works is just send cyclone/dh to client. Cause if you send to server, server checks and won't let you cast cyclone if your xp isn't full. So to prevent disconnects the proxy can do a couple things.. easiest is to adjust timestamp in the jump packet to make sure you don't go too fast from server's perspective.

To correct u, proxy based, memorybased or even edit ini based speedhack, all are just tricking the client. NO cyclone packet is send to the server.
