Where i get rfo?

Hey guys like the title says i want to ask where i can get rfo.
I looked in google but i didnt find a homepage of the game, just a page where stands that the game is down since 2008 o.O?
And is it a free to play or must i pay something?
Can someone help me pls?

depends on the rates u want to play, there's loads of servers. try a private server first as they have higher rates and are generally better for getting a feel of the game, maybe RF olympic or a similar server is best for u.
