DB-Bot error

I did and tried everything, but nothing fix it.
What can I do to solve this problem?

Restart PC or just kill the process of bot and SrProxy, than start again.

not working, same error over and over again.

Make sure you have the correct proxy IP, and correct file version.. if you have the newest version, I'm sure you get this error.

I do have the newer version, why should I get this error?
