Okay so I have this tool on my pc. It is related to Dekaron but it is in chinese so I have no idea what it does or any functionality of it except for a IP adress box it has. So yea I request someone to translate it. Now as i said before have no idea what this program does at all, so don't ask saying tell us what it do :). I am curious to see myself :) so yea if you wanna give a try go ahead. It wouldbe nice if someone translates it.
