Bypass GCPH IP Block?

Is it possible to bypass GCPH IP Block? Does anyone know how to? I would appreciate some help by the way ^^

In NAGC use proXPN or Hotspot Shield for GC PH i don't know

yes there is .. use proxifier and enter this;

IP Address: 58.69.143.70
Port : 3128

download any proxifier you can find it in maru's thread... there is also a tutorial there..

just wanna check if the ip is still working.. cause when i went to ip checker it says ip is not working...
any other ip?
for the hotspotsheild user. do you need a premium account to access gcph?

I almost tried everything (Hotspotshield, proXPN, proxifier, Marudashi-san's TUT) but I can't make it work it says "0x3 Patch Download Unavailable". I don't know if I do it right. I used this IP/port 58.69.143.70:3128 which is working fine when I check it at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...].

btw I use Vista Home Premium (service pack 2), in case someone might ask.
