Question about mining Rates?

Hey, well first off I want to say I have been using Cotobo for a while now and I have been extremely happy with it! It is extremely well made and I thank Choco greatly. It has even caused tq to nerf to mining rates it seems. My question, though, is whether only the mining rates of when you stand absolutely still have been nerfed or mining in general. It would make sense of Tq to make it so only people who stay still for a LONG time get fewer gems yet I don't know if Tq thought that far ahead :rolleyes: . Any theories?

O and if Tq did think ahead and nerf only the mining rates of the people standing still then could Cotobo make it so theres an option of whether or not to move every couple minutes or hours?

bah but I didn't mean anything about gem spots, what i was looking for was whether or not standing still and mining was nerfed only. I know the whole gem spot debate and how most people believe that if you stand still you will have a higher percentage of getting a gem but I have been doing that and my gem rate has dropped since the last patch. I was wondering if anyone actually MOVED WHEN MINING before and had the same amounts of gems since before mining rates were nerfed.
