Recording Gaming Video Software

I need some recommendations for some good recording software's. I see a lot of people with some good videos and me and my legion mates want to make some. Any software recommendations?

Xfire works nice, i usually use it.

I record perfect 1080i with Fraps... It looks the EXACT same as when I am playing with full graphics.

Then I edit with Premier, convert to x264 with virtualdub, and upload a perfect copy.

I use Camtasia Studio ;).
Works perfect for me.
