Q: What is Speed LAG?
A: It can make your enemies movement delayed for 2-5 seconds.
Q: Why Its Request Timed out?
A: That's why it lags,because of the time out. So don't think its not working.

Open your combat arms...

then you will probably see your enemy freeze for 2-4 seconds.. and that would give you a chance to kill them...

Just come up with an idea like this while doing my research..
