Put the .dll in your windower folder under plugins.......
Here's ExpWatch for Windower,(I love it) to load the plugin press ~ (the red menu should show up) and simply type load ExpWatch, press ~ again for red menu to go away

I've been using this plugin and tweaking it for some time now, and I think i'm pretty happy with it, but I'd like some user-feedback.
Purpose:
Takes an average of your experience over 30 minutes, and calculates your xp/Hour & TTL (Time to Level). Also averages your last 10 kills and shows you avg XP/kill, and # mobs to level.
Example output:
EXP: 10,898/26,000 TNL: 15,102 XP/Hr: 2,532 TTL: 05:57:52 Avg.XP/Kill: 187 Mobs/LVL: 81
Commands:
.expwatch start - Starts logging xp
.expwatch stop - Stops logging xp
.expwatch reset - Resets XP data
.expwatch show - Show the expwatch "bar"
.expwatch hide - Hide the expwatch "bar"
.expwatch toggle - Toggle visibility of the expwatch "bar"

2005-08-24 - Fixed negative experience bug, moved position, added background color, changed text color, fixed #mobs to level calculation
2005-12-24 - Updated memloc to work with newest patch. More features planned for near future!
2006-05-09 - Updated plugin to work again after latest SE Updates. Also changed some things around on what is shown, and added "lastkill".
