How to make my shaman stronger

I play at a pvp server. I have healer shaman level 71 there.

I have 75 level weapon, ı put +5 skill speed stone but for other 2 stones to put, ı am confused.

For example, while using skill for instance lightning, it hits 3000. But it can be stronger with critic attack? Because itis not an attack like how warrior hits.

For magic spells, critic can be affected?

And what items should i use? I want to make pvp chartacter so i chose healer, not dragon.

I have an archer, and miracle sura. Miracle sura has the most defence at game.

Please help and tell your thoughts about how to configure shaman...

Please explain your problem more exact.

I am askıng about shamans ( mages ).

I have a male mage. For example if i have %50 critic and with mage skill maybe with lightning , critic can increase the lightning skill? At warriors and at ninjas, critic increases their skill attack points. But what about suras and mages? Does critic attack effort the magic speed?

And for shaman, what items should i use?
