Operating system? (including SP)
SQL version?
Laptop? PC? Sever?
A physical D:/ drive?
TeamView installed?
A little mental note. We all have been in your spot before. Best bet is to careful read over ever guide on setting up pserver you can find. Get familiar with the process's and componets and what they do and/or mean. This is only the first of many headaches to making a good stable server, and without the discipline of alot of reading and trial/error your going to be paying alot out and still not know what to do. However if your still wanting help, I'm sure you will find it if you met certain criteria.
