Because I Want To Help The Members Here in E*pvper
And i Want To Make Some Hacks For the Members!
And i Also Want to Secure the Attitude And Behavior of The Members

you should be a moderator to take the section clean. not just to help members. that is a moderator's job.

2.
if you want to help members, you should be helping them first before applying as a moderator.
so they'll know what you have helped and they'll accept you as a moderator.
